"My children were devastated when the waitress forgot their desserts completely. We had ordered pancakes just before 5pm, their deadline, and I ended up ordering a coffee and a small dessert while we waited. Both came quickly, but we still waited for the kids' desserts. After half an hour passed, I asked for help and was told that nothing had been put through for my children. It was obvious that they were waiting, and I was truly shocked and disappointed. This experience really soured our visit. The manager's only concern seemed to be swapping out the deal so we paid for the kids' meals but received free pancakes. This was frustrating, especially since my 3-year-old was upset and I was trying to comfort her while being interrupted repeatedly and having menus pushed in my face. I don't think we will be returning to this restaurant in the future."

Fantastic experience. Staff very attentive didn't have to wait long for food which was absolutely delicious. 1 of us is gluten free they had an extensive gluten free menu. Will be visiting again.

It was very busy as it was a wet BH weekend but the staff were very good at communication as our table wasnt ready when we arrived. Our waitresses were excellent and very friendly and efficient with bringing our food. We got everything we ordered in good time. Great vibe as busy and everyone seemed to be having a good time!

The service was good. The biggest problem with Bills brunch is that they serve it hot. It is always lukewarm warm. I know that they are busy. Either most of the items are pre- made and platted and by the time it arrives it is cold. This is the biggest disappointment. The travel from the kitchen to table uncovered plates will get cold. It will also help if the plates are hot, but plate up on cold plates.

The restaurant is in a fantastic location and we had a good meal. However, we were disappointed by the small portion size of the 'Flowering Pot' cheesecake for the price. Thankfully, the staff offered to replace it with a delicious chocolate brownie. The service was friendly and helpful, and they even accommodated our request for an outside table. Overall, we had a positive experience and would consider dining there again.
