I had a fantastic experience with both the food and the service. I ordered takeout for dinner, and it was well worth it. The price per person was between £20 and £30, which I found reasonable considering the quality. I would rate the food a solid 5, the service also a 5, and the atmosphere equally a 5. Visited hadfield this afternoon with a friend. It was my first visit. I heard about Billy's plaice Me and my friend had a sit down meal. The food was tasty and well prepared. The lady who served us on the till was very polite and professional so were her colleagues. I cannot recommend Billy's plaice highly enough. Hi , I’m not from this area at all and I recently was called into to help with work at boots next door, I got a bit hungry and seen this place I was a little bit skeptical because I am a picky eater (hence why I only got a portion of fries). Just wanted to say how friendly staff were, so welcoming and really nice to all customers. Well done for that. My chips were ready the second I made the order and tasted fresh and hot just how I like it. Judging by the menu they do offer some really good portions but I would prefer a plain chips haha.
