I had arrived late and wanted to find a nice restaurant in the local area rather than head into central. This place is a lovely cozy restaurant. I did not expect the pork ribs in honey to be this good. It falls off the bone and melts in your mouth with moisture!!! The waitress who served me was really lovely as well and did her best to explain things to me because they do not have English menus. Highly recommended if you are staying in the local area

Found the Bistrot by chance after watching our daughter 's swimming event at nearby Stade Nautique. Lunch time was, choosing from the Plat du Jour, a pate of sardine with wonderful rustic baguette followed by small and meaty ribs of pork with glazed potatoes wedge fries. A crisp Alsace wine was 'de riguer ' and a great choice. Couldn 't resist to try dinner later in the evening and equally good with lot 's of additional menu choices from the blackboard, including fish and meat. Couldn 't resist to try the foie gras with a red onion chutney which was awesome, followed by a petit fillet and washed down with a modest Cote de Rhone. Spent our last evening there too after a hectic sightseeing day...
