There is no relationship between price and performance here. The rooms were clean, but absolutely unattractive. You can't offer rooms like this in Bitburg for 126 euros a night including breakfast, okay in Berlin or other metropolises but not in a small town in the Eifel. Rooms: 2 Service: 4 Location: 4

Unique in bad service; canceled our, email confirmed, reservation. We were already close to Bitburg when they called to apologize that there was not room any more “due to a mistake on their side”. Alternative lodging was offered but nothing in compensation for the inconvenience. I never had anything like this before and believe it’s bad manners to cancel this late, but moreover not to help overcome our discomfort. Service: 1

Never again. Booked a much better hotel for a better price for the next few nights. The room was getting old and showed stains. A shower curtain in the bathroom doesn't work at all in my opinion. The curtains darkened super but were a kind of solid oilcloth. In my opinion, the breakfast could also be greatly improved. Bread out of the bag and dry is not possible. Rude service, breakfast is a disaster (you have to be careful not to catch anything). Dirty rooms, in the bathroom there is still pubic hair from the previous guest (or from several, who knows) just disgusting, even after I informed the boss about it and was in the room with him, the bathroom was only partially cleaned in the evening. Then I informed the unfriendly lady at the reception about it and also said that I would like to check out, the lady then pointed out to me that I had to pay 90% cancellation fees for 3 of 4 nights. No recommendation. I'll look for another hotel next time. 1. I didn't manage to get WiFi in my room with 3 devices (computer, cell phone, iPad) for 2 days. I got onto the internet at the entrance without any problems, but it's of little use to me. On the first day I was told that the router was stolen on the 3rd floor and that they would take care of it. On the 2nd day someone else told me the first guy had no idea. He claimed he could access the internet on the third floor and then told me nonsense about why I couldn't access the internet.
