There are many vegan labeled options on the menu. However, it's worth to ask twice. The Portobello Cauliflower for example has the vegan label and says feta cheese. we were here as pure restaurant guests and have eaten very well and can choose from many options. from appetizer to dessert and vegan dishes are extra marked. without counting, I say they make half the card. we have taken the appetizer variation for 2 people and we are happy about every bit. updated by the previous review on 2022-05-31

the burger patty is made after the chef's details and is very nice. It tastes good. tasted very smokey and therefore reminded me of the beyond meat patty, but also does not quite suit this from the consistency. the cheese has as basic cocose oil and soy. coleslaw, tomate and acidic gurke completes the burger experience. the fries were crispy, warm and slightly salted, and there was ketchup.

we stayed for 3 nights in hotel blooming (with half board) and enjoyed our stay very much. the staff is really very, very nice and helpful. they are very hard and always friendly. the selection at breakfast buffet was very good, there were more than most hotels. there were 4 different milk alternatives and freshly prepared scrambeld tofu and vegan cheese. the 3 courses menu in the evening could always be veganized but sometimes better, sometimes worse (depending on what it was in itself for the selection.) the highlight of the menu was however always dessert! highly recommended. would perhaps be a better notion of vegan dishes. updated from previous review on 2022-02-22 Visualizza piatti
