Food delicious. My partner had a toasted sandwich and I had tuna and sweetcorn sandwich, salad and homemade coleslaw and homemade dressing. Both bursting with filling. Tea and coffee. Excellent service.

Lovely Breakfast and friendly staff. Food was lovely and hot.Service was excellent. Min was lovely and welcoming as always. You must go if you go to battle. Will definitely be returning to try the afternoon teas!

We had afternoon tea to celebrate a friend’s birthday. It is the best tea we had all ever had. Everything was freshly cooked and totally delicious, the warm scones with jam and cream were to die for. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend this tea room highly enough.

This is a delightful little cafe. There was a warm greeting and lovely atmosphere where other patrons would talk to each other. We ordered and the drinks and food were promptly delivered. I enjoyed my cake but the rest of my family chose the jumbo sausage roll. Firstly, it was delicious but it was huge! We were quickly offered a box to take away our leftovers. Can highly recommend it.

Fabulous! Just how a tearoom should be. Quite small but cosy. Staff very friendly and welcoming. I ordered their cheese tea platter which was beautifully presented and tasty the cheese scone was warm and so light! Tea was served in proper china cups and saucers decorated with bluebells wonderful. Situated opposite Battle Abbey was easy to find and is definitely well worth a visit. My colleagues and I ordered a working lunch, and every single one of us enjoyed our meal. We pre-ordered, it was ready on time, hot items still hot when we collected, and the portion sizes are GENEROUS. The handmade sausage roll was the size of a brick, I regret not taking a picture because hands down the biggest sausage roll I've ever seen. Both the flaky pastry and the filling were great quality, the sausge meat didn't have any gristle or fatty chunks, cooked perfectly. 10/10 will order again.

Superb afternoon tea with Prosecco for a hen do for 11 people we had the back room which the venue had beautifully decorated for us. All special diets were catered for and the food was delicious with the mini quiches needing a special mention! Great different fillings in the sandwiches with the coronation chicken being the star of the show! All the teas were displayed on 3 tier stands which was ideal. All the food was tasty and well presented. The staff work very hard. Would suggest you always book as they get busy. Thank you so much for a lovely afternoon we all had a wonderful time!

Very sweet cafe/tea room with lovely decor and cute crockery. Lovely location. However, we waited a really long time for our order to be taken and the place only had a couple of tables in when we arrived. Food took a very long time to arrive and was clearly shoved quickly in microwave when it did,No apology from staff when this was raised, In fact she lied and said her mother had cooked in oven when clearly had not been anywhere near one would actually have been fine if they said “yes we did as short on time/staff/ whatever” I’d go again maybe as cute place for tea and drink but would avoid ordering any “cooked” food.
