An institution of Saint Germain en Laye. Traditional French brewery style. Excellent service. In the evening view of the illuminated castle. Very well mastered French cuisine: spoon, kidneys, veal liver ... Baba ... excellent. A flat for pavlova which is not one but only a hard meringue with fruit. Too bad.

Fresh, well-worked, cooked and valued meat or fish. A generous veal dish cooked just to the point, slightly pink, accompanied by a comforting purée, tataki of tuna just beautiful served on a bed of crunchy and hot vegetables. And Norwegian omelet light and unsweet, superb. All this accompanied by a chardonnais mineral and despite all subtle fruity, served in its ice bucket.
