Good quality price for a good local restaurant along the river in Bayonne. Just above 100€ for 8 people (4 adults 4 kids).

Delicious fish platter, oozing in garlic butter and plentiful. However, do not order the house wine, rocket fuel, unusual for France! Service a little cold. Would I return, probably not.

Nice looking restaurant but lacking atmosphere. We both had Mussels a good portion but felt that jacket potato wedges were not the best. The desserts were very good in particular the red berry foam. Visualizza piatti

Just came back from dinner at Ekhi-perfect place with tasty food, prices are quite affordable, and for France are a joke. Highly recommend the place-check local food, you will be happy. With regard to wine- the Rose we had with my wife was a good pick, not to mention the price: 8,50 per bottle of 750 ml. If we ever come back to Bayonne, we shall visit Ekhi again, that's for sure.

We wanted to eat somewhere close to the river, however my child is a bit hyper and setting anywhere close to the fences seemed dangerous so we settled into this nice restaurant.The staff was nice and helpful, the food was okay - I liked the pepperoni slices added to the Spanish mussels dish, and I would get the mussels with citron cream next time if I would ever visit this place again.

Nice family run restaurant, just what we needed after a long day's driving across the Pyrenees. Good food, good value, friendly efficient service. Shortly before leaving the rain came down in buckets, so much so that they offered us a lift back to our hotel. A nice thought. Fortunately it finally stopped but the offer was there and this kind act does more for local tourism than any promotion or publicity. We would go again. Visualizza piatti

After a long walk we just wanted some reasonable food close by. The decor was not anything special, but we still decided to eat as the waitress was very pleasant. Food was average noting special as well reasonable pricing I would say it match the decor. However the people wore very friendly and service was prompt helpful with a smile.After all we meet other people had nice conversation, it was a pleasant evening. Sometimes it's all about the experience.

I must start with a declaration of ignorance. It is now unusual for me to order dishes without knowing what they are, but here I had two. First piquilleos (I think) which proved to be fish and potato wrapped in pimento in sauce. Then lomo grille, slices of something like gammon on a bed of shreaded vegetable bound together in egg. They were both good although the home made chips with the lomo were a bit disappointing. I finished with slices of fromage de brebis served with black cherry jam. All very pleasant as was the ambience.

We arrived at our hotel around 9:30 and were told that not all restaurants would be open! This is France say no more! We found this nice little restaurant open and we're settled quickly into our seats. My wife was not too hungry and ordered a starter of grilled squid and a duck salad to follow. Both she said were delicious but the portions so large that either one would have been sufficient. I had lemon chicken which was very tasty.
