"Very bad experience. The staff does not listen to customer requests. I repeated 4 times to the (Italian) waiters please no butter and cheese in my dishes. I ordered onion soup and they brought it to me with cheese toast. I sent it back and after 4 minutes the same soup came back with the oily residues of cheese.....in short they removed the crouton and brought back the same soup as if I were stupid.... I pretended nothing happened and ate it for the sake of living. I'm waiting for the mushroom rice and a plate of mushroom rice drowned in cheese arrives. I sent it back and they brought me another one.....this time the rice was overcooked and drowned in oil. I asked for the bill and they ignored me for 10 min. An ignorant and rude waitress pretended nothing happened..... Really rude.......it would be better if she went to pick vegetables in a field rather than serve in a restaurant!!! I explained that I no longer intend to return to this restaurant. A waiter who had always been very kind to me replied, it doesn't matter..... Evidently in this tourist place they are too rich and can afford to relate to the public like this. I don't recommend this place."

Among the best restaurants in Crans Montana. Excellent meats, carefully prepared dishes and excellent room service. Fair prices considering you are in Switzerland. I highly recommend! An obligatory stop for anyone spending a holiday in Valais

stars for super service and friendliness. An extra star for the delicious food, generous portions, and they were very accommodating to sub spätzli (gluten) with non-gluten (quinoa). They created a new dish for me! Hats off to the team and heartfelt thanks!

Deplorable reception. Caesar salad to avoid because too much bread, no sauce, overcooked chicken escalope. Pork ribs not too bad, salad without sauce. In short, we're not rabbits. On the other hand, the bill is very steep for the poor quality of the products. I do not recommend this establishment.

The food was absolutely top! However, the operation leaves a lot to be desired. We had six different waiters in one evening, but unfortunately only one of them was great. The rest were inattentive and not very professional. The food was taken away from me before I was even fully finished. Apart from that, we spent a wonderful evening there.

Had dinner with my family. The service was very unfriendly and stressed. My son had a drink spilled on his pants, no apology and no new drink. The food was not satisfactory. The meat was over fried and the rice was watery. At the end we had to wait about 10 minutes for the sugar for our espresso. No receipt was given when paying with an EC card. Under these conditions, this restaurant is not recommended and not worth the money.

Had dinner there yesterday. Corona regulations and distances were ignored in order to achieve greater sales. If legal requirements are not adhered to and guests are exposed to increased risk, closing this restaurant would not be wrong. The service was stressed and unfriendly. The forced Corona break could have been used as staff training. The food wasn't enjoyable. The spare ribs were fried black and the serving of the food was not a feast for the eyes. Conclusion: a lot of money, no joy, unfriendly. Not recommended. Cook at home or eat somewhere else.
