Denise in the soft play is lovey. So friendly with kids and adults. Nicest lady in the whole bar. Very welcoming , couldn’t fault the soft play or the staff in there .

The restaurant has significantly improved since the renovation. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The food was delicious and they offer a great all-you-can-eat breakfast option.

I went to have tea with my two grandsons at a restaurant where a lady named Denise in the play area went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. She was incredibly kind and friendly, and took very good care of the boys. The food was also delicious.

Table booked for 7.30pm. Pub very messy, no carvery left. Told a 45 minute wait for food. Cued at bar, staff member very friendly and helpful. I asked if they had any chicken dinners left, she said not sure, I'll check. She asked another staff member who listed things not available (chicken not among them). So I ordered 2 dinners and 2 drinks. 15 minutes later staff member came over to say no chicken dinners so had to re-order. Staff member not really bothered when I complained.
