"I tried to place an order with the app today. The order number was A89 and it was placed at Burker King Zürich Hauptbahnhoff for delivery. I faced so many problem: 1- The app is not stable and I had to redo the whole order from scratch 5 times. I am definitely deleting this app right now and never using it again. 2- When I was finally able to place the order it did not process the payment from my credit card correctly even though I received a notification from the bank that the amount was deducted. 3- I spent 45 minutes to try and contact someone who could answer my query and I finally was able to get the number for the restaurant after making 6 phone calls. 4- a guy answered me called Barack who doesn’t speak good English and was a struggle to understand anything from him. 5- I finally understood that he doesn’t have a delivery person available!!!! Even though I had asked for delivery and was eligible for free delivery for an order over CHF 45, he asked me to pay a delivery service to pickup the order such as Smood or Uber Eats. 6- My wife decided she will go and pick it up herself as I was sick and we couldn’t wait long for the order as our kids’ bedtime was approaching. I then called Barack to tell him that she will come and that I will give her a copy of the receipt to pick up the order. 7- he then told me that the payment did not process and that I need to repay for the order. 8- we decided that we were going to order for McDonald’s who have a more robust service. Burger King App deleted and never will be used again. This is the absolute worst delivery experience I had in Zürich. Never again. P.S. I’m still waiting for them to return the money they supposedly deducted from my credit card"
