"I'm here with my son in the rehab, the burgers and the food is good and very tasty. The waffles were also great, but the staff is an absolute disaster. When we were there for the first time, we were served only plump and unfriendly. When we were there the 2nd time and asked for a table for 6 people for the next week, we were only answered in a rotten way that no tables are put together here and the groups are undesirable. You can only book a 4 he and call 2 he table, but whether it is not guaranteed. "Leider waren wir wieder sehr enttäuscht von der Qualität des Essen. Die Lage ist toll, das Personal wirklich fix und freundlich und das Essen wird in Windeseile serviert. Die Karte und der angeschlossene Wein- und Ginhandel zeigen, dass der Wirt mit Pfiff, Niveau und Genuss sein Lokal betreiben möchte. Vielleicht ist es der Hochsaison geschuldet und dem eigenen Anspruch die Gäste ohne lange Wartezeit zu bedienen, aber das geht massiv zu Lasten der Qualität. Und das fällt besonders mach einem Besuch des Torhaus in Nebel auf.Unser Panfleisch war mehr als trocken, schlicht zu Tode gebraten - ich vermute es war am Nachmittag vorbereitet. Der Spinat aus der Tüte (ist er halt), aber ohne Geschmack und Würze.Das Kinderschnitzel ein Fertiggericht auf Imbissniveau... Das haben wir am Vortag woanders ganz anders erlebt.Die Preise entsprechen der Lage und der damit verbundene Nachfrage - das ist OK, aber bitte: Das Niveau der Speisen muss den Preisen entsprechen. Dann dauert es eben länger.Ich weiß, der Koch kann auch anders. Würde ich gerne mal wieder sehen."

"on the menu only the lens soup is clearly marked as vegan! if you want to have a main dish (the lens soup is listed only under suppening, which is vegan, you need to call it 1-2 days before! on the front of the menu is written that it is not a problem to ask for a vegan dish and that the cook is happy to come with something, but if I kindly asked if there is a main dish that is vegan, the answer was pretty hard and the waitress told me that I should have called. therefore I ordered the lens soup and a small salad with a vegan dressing. the suppe was very delicious and the view from the terrace amazing! the suppe could also easily qualify as a main dish as it fills quite and served with a little brot. But if they want to eat something else, I recommend to them to call them in advance!"

"We had heard a lot of steams made over this place and if we try to visit last year, we can't make a reservation. Speak for yourself. We were lucky this time and had a walk outside the garden. Right in the centre of Norddorf you can observe how the world is coming and how the sun sets overhead in the early evening. (Only open from 17:00). The facility in the building is very nice, very well maintained and carries a sweet and cozy theme. The feeling is very much that of the family. I especially liked how we were visited not only by a server, but many different faces, all work together and deliver a team/family feeling. Our server recommended the daily speciality of beef and basil Hollandaise, which I liked to take and really enjoyed. We were treated to a seasonal free starter: a pfefferling soup. Every detail took care of. The food cooks to a high standard and the servers professional and friendly. Good price paid. A must see when you visit Amrum."

"we were eating twice in the sea view. the first time I had the dish red and smoke which was very delicious. on the second day I chose the surprise menu in the vegan variants this was a mistake. I got tasteless eco-eco-eat. since I am more so the pudding vegan, that was annoying for me, she died already. of the ingredients that it was worth the 29€ anyway. it was nicely dressed but you realize that the cook has just little experience with vegan eating. the other fixed dishes on the map were created by an earlier colleague who was then vegan. that also explains the argen difference between my two meal times. Conclusion: I can recommend this locally but I do not give the tipp to deviate from the card. small manko: the drinks do not have a vegan kenn drawing. I have not seen this in any way.
