"A great place for a snack and to wait out a downpour. The staff are lovely, even in the face of vile people. Some entitled harridan refused to remove her filthy hound from a chair, when politely asked by the staff. The next thing the battle-axe was at the counter threatening violence, litigation, loss of jobs, etc. to all and sundry. Just one hag a day can ruin it. The staff remained professional. If they have to tolerate that kind of behaviour, they should be paid far more."
