"We arrived at the lake front restaurant mid afternoon, right before the kitchen closed. We were lucky to get a seat however the waitress was saying "why do customers always arrive when the kitchen closes". We did feel a little offended by this. However even after we arrived, there were a couple which entered from a hotel and they were accepted too. We were quite confused. There was a bit of delay till our food, however eventually we got our food which was very tasty. Really nice view over the lake however can be a little busy in the day time if you are by the road. The service throughout was quite poor to be honest and could be better it was better than some other restaurants and cafes in Lausanne. I would recommend this restaurant from late morning to early afternoon and after when it opens again because your food might take a while."

Small and cute with friendly and energetic staff. We ate there twice because of the fondue and roesti. We received limoncello as an added treat.

Local, quaint and well located on the "main drag" of Lausnne's waterfront, this is a great place to experience the local cuisine. Very hospitable service and value!

Everything was great. Food, wine and views were excellent and wait staff was very attentive. Also many traditional Swiss dishes and food here. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderfully surprising and romantic meal here with my girlfriend recently. The meal sizes were huge and the quality was excellent. What we loved the most was the friendly service and the atmosphere.

Neithe the roost, nor the dried meat nor the fondue ranged above the strictly quick for the tourist market. The salad a worn out affair, the beer selection A wine by the glass (the prime selection ) was of no character or body, the service was excellent, the deserts extremely mediocre. The waiters were very good, the presentation and timing OK, the what next convincing but the total imppression lacking.Should you go for Swiss typical recipes and the popular easy provision the particular small restaurant is sympathetic but relying on the easy tourist crowd.
