"Our visit to the Schürholz restaurant was almost perfect! The owner is a true gastronomic and convinces with sympathy and competence. We found the restaurant as well as beautiful from the inside as well as from the outside. (Not old-fashioned as previous evaluators, but typical Bergisch! The food was a pale man's mouse! A culinary experience that resembles a menu at the top level. A special experience was the dessert for us: a mixed dessert plate. The surprise of the owner is completely successful and have left the place more than satisfied and happy. Always happy!"

"My colleague and I were very kindly received in Italian on Friday night. It smelled very delicious after good food when entering the restaurant. The friendly faces of the boss, as well as the service already made fun at the beginning of the evening. We ordered a pizza. All ingredients were fresh, the pizzas steamed at the table: the taste was perfect. At the end of the evening, we were determined to come back here. Bella Sicilia is recommended without smears!!! We have full score."

"...und dann muss man nur noch Glück haben, das man einen Tisch bekommt. Oftmals bleibt einem nur das Ausweichen in den Kneipenbereich. Dieser ist natürlich nicht so toll wie der Wintergarten, welcher im Sommer geöffnet werden kann. Das Gesamte Personal für den Service ist immer Freundlich und auf das Wohl des Gastes bedacht. Die Getränke kommen zügig, die Wartezeit auf das Essen wird mit einem Gruß aus der Küche überbrückt. Dieser ist schon seit Jahren gleich...aber auch immer gleich gut, so das man sich schon darauf freut. Sehr gut ist auch immer das Essen und das auch schon seit Jahren. Wie aus der Überschrift zu lesen ist, kann man hier sehr gut Steak essen. Das (Rind-)Fleisch, egal ob Filet/Rump/Hüfte ist immer hervorragend, wird lecker gewürzt und perfekt gebraten. Es wäre aber ein Fehler dieses Restaurant nur auf die Steaks zu reduzieren. Die anderen Gerichte, von uns selber und Freunden getestet, sind ebenfalls lecker...egal ob Schnitzel, Olper Krüstchen oder Schweinefilet Rustikal sowie Fisch. Ist hier immer alles gut? Nein. Hier arbeiten Menschen für eine große Anzahl von Menschen die alle etwas anderes Essen und Trinken möchten. Da geht auch mal was schief und das ist auch nicht schlimm und gut so. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten und wäre so, als wenn man sich darüber beschwert das die Pommes nicht genug gesalzen sind oder eine zu kross gebratene Zwiebel/Speck in den Bratkartoffeln ist.Kurzum...wir gehen schon Jahre hier hin und werden das auch weiter machen. Den Weg (eine Strecke ca. 30km) nehmen wir gerne in Kauf. Man fühlt sich wohl und Willkommen...macht weiter so, VIELEN DANK!!!"
