Staff were friendly but chairs were uncomfortable, tables weren’t cleared quickly and the cake was stale. Wouldn’t hurry back.

Very rude lady staffing the till. The food felt like it was bought in frozen and reheated. We used to go in quite often as a treat for breakfast but not anymore

I tried the poached egg with salmon and it was truly one of the best meals of my life. My child was thrilled with the chocolate with cream. Thank you for making our day!

Roast pork hash was amazing! Service was really friendly and music was lovely! Everywhere else on the street is closed so we were really happy to have tasty food and a beer for lunch.

I visited this charming hidden gem on a Saturday morning and enjoyed the nice atmosphere. I personally loved the vibe of the place, and although it seemed a little understaffed, the end result was amazing. Everyone appeared to be having a good time.

This is a home from home, a cosy cafe with a welcoming community feel. They always play good music and the food is consistently tasty. The staff are so friendly and Gianpy is always beaming even over the busy lunchtimes! Really nice little courtyard garden too.

The staff at this restaurant are friendly and helpful, creating a great atmosphere. I would recommend it to any Quiz teams looking for a new venue. Thursday nights offer a fun and not too serious quiz league hosted by the group Let's Get Quizzical. More competitors are needed as my team is currently winning all the prize pizzas.

Looking for a lunch spot that could accomodate our veggie friend, Grounded was perfect. The menu has a massive selection of veggie options compared to the usual veggie burger option. Food came out fast and everything was very good and tasty. We waddled out very satisfied. Big thanks to 'charlie ' who served us. He couldnt have been more friendly or helpful.

I have been coming to Grounded once or twice weekly for over a year, I live locally and it has always been a lovely spot for a coffee and to get a couple of hours of work done outside of the house. I always leave at lunch time when it gets busy or when all the tables are full. I visited this week and the lady serving was extremely rude, there were lots of spare tables and I was first asked to move and then told that I couldn’t stay with my laptop. I understand this policy when the cafe is busy, but it wasn’t even half full at this point.
