"We walked past this cute café so many times and always wanted to eat something there as it just looked so appealing. Especially the sunny outdoor area looked very promising so one mild summer evening we got a table at an otherwise super crowded place - so "lucky us" we thought. While I totally understand that if a place is very busy there is no point to expect a super personalized service etc. I have an F&B backround myself and know exactly what it is like to deal with ten things at one time. But I do not understand the way this was communicated to us - the waitress was totally overwhelmed and just quickly said that if we want to order something (we had a coffee and a red wine) we need to wait at least 30min...ok but how about being friendly and welcoming and kindly letting us know it might take a little while? This would have been more than enough. She then came later to take our order but the wine we chose was out - ok but how about offering an alternative that might come close to our first choise? - no way. We then waiting long but that was fine since we were told so already. After we got what was ordered the waitress ignored us for the rest of the evening. it took us three attempts to order the bill - another 15min passed by. All I am saying is that it matters how you talk to your guests. There might be issues or inconveniences but as long as you communicate them properly it is not a big deal for the customer at all.I am sure guests have a very good experience at this place when it is rather quiet or if the staff deals with challenging situations differently."

Wir hatten ein schönes Frühstück, haben draußen gesessen und das Prenzelberg-Flair genossen. Einzig die Speisenauswahl hätte etwas größer ausfallen dürfen.

Ungepflegtes Café, extrem langes Warten, bis man überhaupt mal bestellen darf, ebenso langes Warten auf das Bestellte. Und das Personal ist das unverschämteste, das uns je untergekommen ist.

Extrem langes Warten auf Bedienung und mit Sicherheit das unverschämteste Personal, das mir bislang über den Weg gelaufen ist. Der Laden ist verranzt, die Toilette eine regelrechte Zumutung. Bleibt wenigstens zu hoffen, dass die Küche nicht so ist wie die Toilette.

Seit Jahren Lieblingsplatz am Helmholtzplatz. Entspanntes Team und gute Getränke, ob Nachmittags oder Abends. Jetzt leider zum wiederholten Mal: schlechter Service, die guten Weine auf der Karte leergetrunken, genervter Barmann, Chaos an der Theke. Schade: noch eine Touristenfalle mehr im Prenzlauer Berg!

Das/der Liebling liegt schön am Helmholtzplatz. Am Abend, vor allem im Sommer, ein schöner, entspannter Ort. Frühstück und Getränke inkl. Wein sind gut. Die Karte zum Essen ist hingegen dünn. Wenn dann einige Gerichte gerade "aus" sind, ist es nur noch schwer möglich, etwas Gutes zum Essen zu bestellen. Man könnte mehr draus machen. Visualizza piatti

I like this place in the northern part of the Prenzlauer Berg. The breakfast is superbe flexible, great price... so just having a croissant and a coffee - or you want to have more. You just can enjoy... you can even develop from a - oh I first need a coffee... to more and more. Absolutely amazing are the cakes .... if you need a coffee break - and I like the sunny outside possibility with not too many tourists around... it's just a nice place to stay...let's keep it like it is!

Une adresse vraiment sympa pour prendre un café, le petit dej ou un brunch. Les plats proposés sont au top : du banana bread au alpenstückbrot en passant par l'avocado toast ou encore le "Birchermüsli, BIO-Vanille-Quark" fait maison, tout est bon ! Fromages, jus, charcuterie, pains... les produits sont judicieusement choisis, le café fait la part belle aux produits régionaux et bio. Et le jus d'orange est un vrai jus d'oranges pressées !! A tester : les jus de fruits régionaux délicieux et originaux.Bref, on se détend et on se régale dans une atmosphère cosy en plein coeur du quartier Prenzlauer berg.
