Visited this lovely restaurant on my last day in Munich. Even though they were really busy they assisted us with a table outside. We enjoyed a quick bite before I had to make my way to the airport. The service and food were great

As soon as you enter the Neuhausen you can feel the good vibes. Great atmosphere and every staff member greats you with a smile and a positive attitude. Something very rare to find in Munich. The service is exceptional; attentive, professional and fast. Thumbs up...also for the kitchen offering a good selection of tasty dishes. The menu appeals to everyone. To start your day or after a meal, a coffee is a must at Neuhausen

I can't say anything about the food, but the service was a joke. After we were seated, nobody showed up to take orders. After mins, I stopped one of the many passing waiters and gave her a sign to order. She alerted her colleague,...who in the meanwhile had been serving people a few tables down, who had arrived much later than us. This waitress, however, still did not bother to come to our table. So we just left. Bad for them, because we had planned to spend some Euros or so

We went here for something to eat and a beer after arriving in Munich. We were left feeling a bit invisible after being barely, and not warmly, acknowledged a couple of minutes after arriving, despite waitresses moving around and there not being too many people....We took a seat, waited nearly minutes before we had to get the waitresses attention to bring us menus. She asked immediately what we wanted to drink but, of course, we hadn't seen the menu so we asked for two minutes to look. We again had to get her attention after nearly minutes.
