"We have only had food here once, though we have stopped for a drink previously. The menu is Bosnian, if I understand correctly. They have some typical drinks from the area, in particular the Sliwowitz. I cannot recall the name of my dish, but it was beef with the accompanying flavors of red peppers and sour cream, tasty. The atmosphere of the place is laid back, and the patrons seem to be a mix of Balkan expats, students, and random walk-ins like us. Prices are reasonable. Definitely a place to try if you like Balkan cooking."

The guy who owns this location not only brings his family in (they help prepare dinners He also welcomes regulars in as family Naming the restaurant after his grandma, he has a lot to live up to and does it perfectly. Great serbian specialities...that change regularly and wonderful afternoon sun spot for a wine.

Staff provides excellent service and was happy to provide recommendations when asked make dining experience that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

We went to try Happy Fildjan due to the fact that we live close by but also the reviews here were good. My expecations were exceeded. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The food is tasty. The bakllava was very good and reminded us...of home together with the coffee and above all the serving of the food was nice. Atmosphere very cozy and warm and good prices for quality.
