booked with tesco club card so very good value. enjoy eating and wine and service and atmosphere was excellent. will be visited again.

unfortunately both netzens we ordered were not available. what we finally got was delicious, but only good value because I had a 40% discount good.

A really lovely meal, the lad serving us was attentive, knowledgable, polite and friendly. My steak was cooked to perfection and my wife's snails was very tasty.

The top table booking did not get through to the staff at the restaurant. Slightly stressing as we were with s 92 year old!! However we did get seated. Food average to poor service terrible. It may have been a bad day. Staffing or something but no real sppologies

I did book online through Open Table, on arrival I was told that they had no record of my booking but thank goodness they managed to seat us. Why offer an online booking system which appears to book a table, confirmation of time gives you the details but when you arrive at said venue the booking hasn't been passed on ?

The food and drinks here are expensive. They didn't have either the beer or the cider that we wanted from their menu but did offer alternatives. They have a lamb cassoulet on the menu which should be avoided but their beef Bourgogne is good. When I made the waiter aware that I was not happy with my meal they offered an alternative of free desserts.

I booked on line but when we arrived the Manager had not got us down in his book. It was very embarrassing, also we were rushed off our table because another party was coming in. No apologies were offered but I did email open table but do not know what the outcome was. We were emailed a confirmation of the booking but did not have it with me, as I thought it was not necessary.

This was disappointing as we have been happy there before. It started badly because they did not have the booking through Open Table. Their fault or yours? As it happens they were quiet so it wasn't a problem. Then what we ordered was off the menu, we had to wait and they charged us for the fillet steak which they had told us was not available. Generally the service was poor given that the restaurant was not even half full. We told them we were disappointed and did not leave a tip.

we had been to this restaurant before and have been to café rouge on lots of occasions but on this occasion we was not so pleased, there was nothing wrong with the food but unfortunately the restaurant was very quiet. Our booking was for 9-30pm on the Saturday evening but there were only about 3 other couple in there and by the time we were on our main course we were the only ones left which at 10pm on a Saturday I think is very quiet. They were beginning to set tables for the morning and tidy up and so on so we did not stay for any dessert as I felt a little uncomfortable , if I am honest when we asked for the bill no one asked us if we wanted any dessert, I think they probably wanted to cl...
