Fantastic service great atmosphere and lovely food. We had an exceptional welcome from Syed front of house friendly helpful very organised fantastic beard and mustache and then excellent table service from Vela, friendly, efficient and fast. Can't fault this restaurant good vegan options too!!

We’re staying at the hotel so we were a sort of captive audience. The other restaurants were very busy or too fancy. We had a pizza, salad, and a chicken dish. The food was pretty good. The server was friendly and helpful. I would have rated it with 4 stars but I had to subtract a 12.5% service charge.

I had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant with Alessia as my waitress. She was a joy and very friendly. The food was excellent and the location is ideal for enjoying a meal, a quick drink, or dinner while waiting for a flight or staying at the Sofitel. Thank you, Alessia, for a wonderful time!

Make sure to dine here before your next flight or when you return while staying at The Sofitel. We opted for a one-bowl dish that was both delicious and filling, and the price was fair, especially with the 10% discount we received for staying in a superior room. The wine glasses were a bit pricey, but the quality was worth it.

Samim our waiter was fantastic , my wife is a celiac and he personally checked with the chef to make sure All the ingredients were going to be fine . She had the Thai red curry and it was fantastic , the flavours and spices were great . samim came over once it had been delivered to make sure we were happy , a very nice waiter and nothing was to much trouble .

Weird restaurant. Carbonara was drenched in oil and made me feel physically sick baring in my it was £20 and a Michelin star restaurant wouldnt charge that much!. No flavour in it apart from the salty pancetta. Didn’t offer me another meal when I said i was unhappy with the food only offered a dessert. Didn't take the carbonara off the bill. My partners starter was calamari which tasted revolting.

The service in the restaurant was very good and friendly We had a good meal here, which we enjoyed, as part of our stay at the Sofitel. If you have got the meal as part of a package with your booking, make sure you get a voucher for the meal when you check in as we had to go back to reception to get ours. Drinks are expensive. Because of the nature of the hotel we expected to pay over the odds but got a bit of a shock when the bill came and 12.5% service charge had been added. This meant that a large Pinot Grigio cost over £12!

This is the worst food I have ever eaten. It was raw, uncooked, and cold. My partner ordered the steak and it came out well-done instead of medium like he asked. We sent it back, and when it came out again, it was just okay. This restaurant should not be in a hotel as upscale as this one. I ordered the salmon and didn't realize until I got to the middle of it that it was raw. The rice was cold and the chips were soggy. The staff were moody and did not smile. To top it off, they added a service charge to the bill. I thought we didn't have to pay service charge if the meal was poor. The staff here need to work on their customer service skills. Service was very slow. We stood for longer than expected to be seated, no one greeted us despite multiple staff members walking past. Our orders were taken and drinks were very slow. We did not enjoy our meals at all. The fish was okay but it came with fries. There was nothing special about it and was not worth the money. The meat pizza was tastless; the tomato base topping had no flavour, it came with chicken cubes which were formed, cheap and nasty. The pizza seemed to have been frozen and the base was hard. The menu online is completely different to the menu at the resturant and the prices are significantly more expensive £14.95 vs £21 for the fish and chips). The tables were all crammed...
