Very average or less. Don’t come to dine here, but okay to stop by, if you are passing by or having a walk around. Like every restaurant in a crowded place.

Very nice place. Service was fast and efficient. Food was very good. I took the 'escalope milanaise ' and my friend 'linguini al salmone ' and both were very good. Prices are very decent for a place situated at 2 stones from Arc du Triomphe.

We arrived from California to this restaurant, my Mexican wife and I Uruguayan were already closing the way they treated us with a super attention good pasta, wine and dessert or speak delicious. Found this place by chance after walking back from Arc de Triomphe, decided to go in as our daughters name is Carla and we fancied a pizza.. it’s a Great little restaurant, very clean, nicely decorated and staff were very friendly. The pizza was amazing, Parma and Diavola and at a great price, would definitely recommend.

We came to this restaurant at 19.30 and were greeted by kind staff and excellent service. The complementary bread that you get with your meal was fresh out of the oven and unthinkably soft. I highly recommend the pizza and linguine. There is also USB charging spots at most of the tables. Overall, absolutely incredible! Jack, 11

Cafe Caesar is the kind of restaurant that traveling parents dream of excellent food at a great value with a menu that satisfies everyone. We ate here several nights during our stay and loved everything we tried. Even the kids explored beyond pizza and enjoyed it all (translation we didn’t have to stop at Burger King afterward for our normal second seating). We will return.

I frequented this restaurant many times on my recent visit I was never disappointed. It seems to be a small local restaurant but because of its location close to the Arc de Tripmphe it is frequented by many tourists. Once I had the pizza it was hard to eat anything else but my companion tried the spaghetti Bolognese and the lasagna both of which were outstanding. The bread was delicious. The service was outstanding and the prices are extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend it.

Arrived in Paris on the TGV late evening during the transit strike. Fortunately our Uber reservation was right on time meeting us at Gare de Lyon. Auto traffic was horrible as Metro was not running. We were staying at the Splendid Etoile which was right across the street. By the time we arrived at the cafe, it was about 10:00, but it was still crowded. We were offered a nice table but all tables here are small and close to one another. Service was rapid (maybe staff was looking to go home), but friendly. I only had coffee and dessert, but my wife ordered a full meal. Food was good on all counts, albeit not memorable. We told the waiter to hurry as we were exhausted and wanted to get to our b...
