basic, but clean and practical. the breakfast was good, plentiful and appetizing. service was friendly and helpful. also the price was good. thank you.

Overnight stop fairly basic value for money. Dinner at their restaurant was poor buffet was like warm and had been there forever Breakfast was also poor AND expensive for a family of 5!!

friendly hotel but the things to see, such as the reception of night staff- the parking not available for guests- banquet in the deteriorated restaurant positive points are the bed linen the comfort of the room- the varied and copied buffet breakfast.

the first impression is good. a little more cleanliness would be appropriate. very bad, the morning after cleaning were women, there were no more towels in the room. how did the towels pick up at the reception in the evening. this was repeated in a series. poor service

i have never given a review this low from arrival to leaving felt like in a prison camp! shutters on windows like metal rollers in a shopping centre, things went missing from the room. rude bar man unhelpful staff. dirty cramped rooms . dark corridors. sign in lift saying look whos watching you and report people hanging around and told to carry your belongings with you. stay away felt unsafe and glad i had no children with me blooming scary place

some customers indicated that the rooms were small and too crowded, and that the maintenance could be improved. So to stay there nights I can tell you that it's not true without counting that the restoration was at the top. We had a wide range of menus for Mexican, Sri Lankan, African and I'm going on. a very varied breakfast as well. whether at the reception or even during meals, we had every day of very good reception. I strongly recommend this hotel.
