Carluccio's - Piatti

We had a really good time at Carluccio's! The location is amazing, between quays and skyscrapers! The food was super delicious and the waitress was very kind and friendly! She also offered water for my dog and I really appreciated it!

Fantastic food and service, especially with allergies! Only odd thing is they don’t have any toothpicks? Fiorentina Chocolata was lush, if you love chocolate it would be rude not to have one ! Delicious!!! A cosy snowy morning in Canary Wharf

Food good quality but a little over priced for what it is. Limited space for prams so much so the couple with one child in pram in front of us were turned away. No bar area for pre dinner drinks. Very slow service. Would I go there again, probably not.

It's good for a breakfast in a hurry or to take away some quality Italian ingredients for a nice home made dinner. Also bustling for an after work meetup in Canary Wharf. And...during summer, awesome for sparking drinks at their premium outdoor seating in the heart of Canary wharf. An institution.

Always busy and noisy. For meeting a customer, better a more relaxed place. There are food choices beyond all carbohydrates.The service is very fast, despite the great load. And the team is kind. The lasagna was really good and a large portion possibly good for 2 people to share. Service could have been better as we felt the waiter was pressuring us to make an order and when we were ready to make an order, it appears that he intentionally made us wait for him to return. He also made it quite clear to us that the service charge was not included in the bill. His attitude ruined a good meal.

Review from a happy Coeliac! Carluccio's offers a separate dedicated gluten free menu and this is one of the most extensive of any restaurant you can find in Canary Wharf. That makes it a great destination if you want to eat gluten free for a sit down meal. Food is flavoursome and satiating. Although it arrived on a plate rather than a platter I especially enjoyed the variety within a gluten free sharing platter . . . which I did not share! Caveats that explain the modest score are . . . Today, 2nd December on our seventh anniversary decided to come back to Carluccio Canary Wharf after the very positive experience on my Birthday and once again were not disappointed. We got a very good reception from the waiter who showed us to a table and immediately brought the menus and asked if we wanted some drinks. We shared the Bruschetta platter which was delicious, then I had Lamb chops perfectly cooked and very flavoursome served with Caponata. My partner had Ravioli al Limone which he enjoyed then of course we were tempted by the dessert and this was the final touch.
