"Called in just after 11pm, and I was totally ignored by the girl behind the counter, so preoccupied with counting the cash in the till. Only after myself and another customer eventually managed to get her attention, I was served. Gave her my order, and when arriving home, I found that the three items I'd asked for (chips, large sausage, and a potato fritter), only the chips and sausage were packed. The chips were cold and soggy. All I can say for this establishment is very substandard food and absolutely terrible service. Would NOT RECOMMEND and I will definitely not be returning. The quality of food is amazing here and the staff are so welcoming! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a cheeky takeout. Friendly staff and quick service. I was a little disappointed with Saturdays fish and chips, to be honest. Chips were cold and really pale, and the fish had no taste to it. Not to the standard it’s been previously. Rest of the gang had battered sausage which they thoroughly enjoyed.
