"Just spent 26 quid on two fish and chips, gravy, peas and onion rings. Fish was OK but the chips and rings went straight in the bin. I've had great food from here in the past but not today. If you're an award winner your food should be top notch every time. Won't be going back. "I placed an order and had to follow up multiple times, only to be told it was "ten minutes away." After chasing again, I was informed that the food had been taken back to the shop because they claimed they knocked 5 times and received no answer. This was clearly a lie! They then refused to give a refund, expecting me to pay for food I never received. The person on the phone had a terrible attitude. Overall, the service was absolutely terrible and I will never order from this restaurant again."

"Impressive service from the staff. The food was excellent, delicious but not too rich. What was really helpful, was the offer to adapt any item on the menu to accommodate vegetarianism. We went on a Saturday, without booking, but the staff found us a table. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and hope to come back myself."
