"really disappointed by this resturant. the fleischfond patter. it took over 1 hour to eat as the hot oil was not hot enough to cook, which led to a brewed pale meat. I thought the meat quality was under the justified 35 €... no excuses from the waitress or restaurant manager. we needed oil several times with a few talking about the delay from the kitchen reheated. manager answered and said it was because we English and how the meat well cooked so hard to keep fat hot!? with only 1 pots yes.... earlier got 2 pots oil after demand. we eat rarely to medium because these were the tops. Moreover, it did not help that the chocolate fondue dessert actually was a watery solution with a small part of the fruit. the day before I 10 euro less on the mountain for an amazing steak perfectly boiled at Roc7 prove that this restaurant was only average eating with a way over price menu. also the pizza and the tartiflette of others was only cut through. much better place to go in this ski town for a family dinner"

"We enjoyed a lovely meal at this wonderful french resturant just up the hill from Megeve resort. Pre booked. This small family owned place was warm, comfortable and traditionally decorated. Madame greets you with a warm smile and helps English with limited french make their way through the menu. The service unhurried and friendly. The food so good. We enjoyed pate for starters with veal, pork and lamb mains all beautifully cooked and so good. Wines are delicious and locally sourced. the deserts choc mouse and fondants served with naughty creame and ice creames laced with local spirits. A lovely way to spend the evening. Lovely location, food and the very best in authentic french hospitality. thankyou guys. tres, tres bon."
