"Very nice meals, tasteful and mastered plates, consistent in their history and inspiration. Service diligent, competent and attentive. We get out of Saint Nicolas having very well eaten and spent a very nice time. The table facing the kitchen allows exchanges with the team and with Chef Marvin Lance who conquered us by his generosity. The Saint Nicolas is very good, what better to ask?!?"

Excellent address! The kitchen is refined, inventive and surprising. Marvin Lance's land-sea mix and his brigade is worth the detour. The service is impeccable, serious and not pretentious in a pleasant setting.

Very nice discovery, a lovely staff that has humour and small care, delicious and original dishes. The only two small flats in the discovery menu, the garlic of bears a little too present (in the brioche and in the first two dishes) and to our taste there was a small touch of chocolate in the desserts would only be in a mignardise.
