The customer service at this restaurant was very unsatisfactory, as the staff were rude and aggressive. Additionally, the food was terrible. Overall ratings for the meal were: Service: 1, Food: 1, Atmosphere: 1. This experience was during a dinner delivery and the price per person was £10–20.

Pizzas are ridiculously small for the money. The popcorn chicken given my fiancee an upset stomach it was greasy and undercooked. Horrible place! Me and my sister ordered it took an hour to get here when we live down the road. It came super cold and mainly raw. We rang to complain but the staff were very rude . I gave it a five-star rating because of their consistently fast delivery. My order was supposed to arrive between 6:45 and 7:05 PM, but it came early, at 6:43. My dad and I both enjoyed the food we received - my peri peri wrap was delicious and the cheesy chips were fantastic. The cheesy cream jalapeno bites were not as impressive, but I took a chance on them since I had never tried them before. Overall, I recommend ordering from Chicken Valley.

We enjoyed a delicious pizza made by Mr. Mussa at this restaurant. We ordered a 16-inch pizza with half Chicken Valley special and half Meat lovers, which was excellent. The staff were very friendly and polite. The fried chicken and chips were also tasty. The prices were reasonable for the area, and we even received a 10% discount.
