While I understand that unexpected situations can occur, a phone call or email would have been appreciated to allow us to make alternative plans. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant."

Firstly ,your booking system is not recognised by the pubs system! They did not have our reservation! Get it sorted please. Once we got a table, the whole experience I can thoroughly recommend.

The service was terrible; it took an hour for our food to arrive, and several ingredients for the mixed grill were missing, including mushrooms, black pudding, and a fried egg. Instead of chunky chips, we were served French fries.
