Waited an hour for the food..restaurant very rowdy..wine was undrinkable..curry was very sweet..the staff were very professional..wouldnt recommend it..the Indian up the road far better..

Had two bookings this month here. First time with my 3 daughters, second time with my dad. Staff very helpful despite being busy. Food more expensive than a lot of other Indian restaurants but very enjoyable. Would revisit.

Been looking forward to a curry for weeks and what a disappointment- went straight in the bin. The korma was like soup (also bland and tasteless) and the naan was burnt. Straight in the bin and will never buy from them again. Video of korma won’t upload

The most amazing Indian takeaway. We’ve been coming here for years and we are always so impressed by the food. The taste is exceptional and the vegan options are outstanding. They put as much effort into the vegan options as they do the meat ones and it’s a taste explosion.

Food arrived piping hot, freshly cooked taste and mouth watering. Just had the get overs for breakfast although someone else beat me to the fridge. Loved how easy it was to place an order and the politeness of staff. I have tried other restaurants for this kind of food but keep returning to Cinnamon. Please don't lose this standard

We visited the cinnamon lounge as a group of five, we have been here before and will definitely come again. Food is delicious and we loved the new menu. We did notice, however that we paid a service charge £22 which is quite a lot. Therefore we didn’t tip which we normally do. I do wonder whether it would be better to not have a service charge and let people make their mind up as to whether they would like to leave something.

We went to Cinnamon on a Friday night, table booked for 9pm. The restaurant was packed and the atmosphere was buzzing We were seated quickly and the poppadoms were on the table in a flash and our meal had started The majority had Cobra and I took the ipa which was most enjoyable A varied selection of starters and main courses were taken up by the group and all were enjoyed as the plates were clean The atmosphere continued to be energised by the flambeed meals that were being served up. This is a restaurant that makes some effort to keep up with current trends, the vegan menu sits alongside the standard menu and all are catered for and all seem to have enjoyed.

After reading all the positive comments all over facebook regarding the vegan menu I was so excited and couldn’t wait to try the famous Cinnamon. Unfortunately It was one of the biggest food disappointment I’ve had in Bristol. Starting with the menu on your website that’s very confusing as It doesnt state that if you select the vegan mock meat the meal comes automatically as vegan so I added the ‘lactose free option’ to be safe for both meals (at 1£ extra?! which is a joke on its own when your curries are already really expensive. I tried to contact the owner and the restaurant directly but noone was answering. After we got our food delivered i got a message back saying it does automatically...

A group of us came to sample the delights of Cinnamon. It's a perfectly fine curry dining experience. The decor is quite unique in that it has a lovely forest y style decor unlike anywhere else in the area. It's enchanting. However it's also slightly cramped, which is just a result of the premises but Cinnamon use what they have to the best of their ability. However our food was quite a long time in coming and, whilst that's partially down to a bigger group, there were a few grumbles around the table. When the food came, the general feeling was the food ranged from pretty good to okay. Not a single dish was considered bad or poor, but nor did anybody rave this was the best they've ever had....
