"the first time I used this caffe and I'm going to go back! had a cheese toastie that was beautiful. my buddy had a bacon sandwich that was beautiful. we also had a tee and a latte, not complaining. the prices are appropriate for the quantity and quality of food. we visited on a weekday lunch and although it was to be done, we were served quickly. would recommend this place anyway"

an absolute jewel in hanwell. it is a great little place right on hanwell, but they do not notice the busy road close. There is nothing else that it likes in the opposite, the staff is beautiful and the eating is great!

friendly, great ambiente and creative menu. the chef alfie crouch serves delicious food with love for detail and magnificent presentation. I really enjoyed my brunch of smashed avocado with feta and chili with poched egg and toast and one side of speck. it was refreshing to have a healthy turn on a traditional breakfast. I'll come back when I'm next in hanwell.

"If you live in or visit Hanwell you must take a lazy walk down by the locks and build up an appetite before heading to the W7 Emporium. It’s a little white door by a crappy old man pub sat next to a small florist. Open the door and the atmosphere is straight away comfortable, your away from the street and simply relaxed and at home. The staff are friendly and offer as much banter as you want to be involved with so this is nice and a change from the branded offerings. The furniture is mix and match and the space light and airy so it fits well with Hanwells vibe and there is an outdoor space for the summer. The menu I would describe as funky modern Mediterranean, and there are no sausages which for me can be an issue. But if I’m being 100% honest I couldn’t care less here, the options here are well thought and imaginative. If you want a fry up there are other places in Hanwell to get one but if you want a Mexican there is only one place and that’s here. Ok I’ve given away my ultimate fave thing on the menu it’s what I have and it’s spot on. Poached eggs, nice bread, salad, crispy bacon, avocado and spicy sauce all out together and presented beautifully. So here we go it’s hands down the best place in Hanwell and if you want wine with brunch that’s fine because they serve that too. Have a couple then walk back to the canal and enjoy the afternoon whatever the season it’s a regular weekend jaunt and a compromise between a fry up for me and something healthy for the wife. In the eternal battle of good verses evil the Emporium emerges victorious every time."
