Fantastic Sunday dinner. Tasted amazing and such good portions we couldn't even contemplate dessert. Also a great selection of ales and friendly and helpful staff. All very good value. I just wish I lived a bit closer to it.

on Thursday for the Rib night, was pleasantly surprised. the eating was delicious. piers, the new manager was great, he recommended a fabulous bottle red and his setting and service made our night. baked camembert was delicious and since I am gluten-free, they made me cry so I can go with him. will definitely be back.

Our local favourite pub for years !!!... went for an early girlie Christmas dinner ..everything was fabulous even though it was very busy due to the Ricky fair ... Great table in the window ..the service think it was Fran.. ...and the food was amazing ... fabulous Christmas set menu ..
