"We won a voucher on a school raffle, so very glad we did. From ordering (fussy Kids not wanting this and that) to delivery the staff were great. customer service was 2nd to none. The food arrived quickly, hot and very very tasty. Will most definitely be ordering again. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you coal shack."

I was a bit disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. The nachos starter for two was more like a portion size for one person and was missing cheese. The ribs were spicy and tender, but lacked flavor.

We visit Coal Shack more often than I care to admit, and it never fails to impress! They serve the best burgers I've ever tasted, and the milkshakes are to die for! The portions are very generous, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I honestly can't praise them enough!
