"We left in a car of Allemagne for the france for a romantic lunch for Valentine's Day. We had no other direction than that. we chose met and consulted tripadvisor to see what recommendations were of restaurants. I liked the look of coconut grill and I typed the address in the gps. we parked in the underground parking lot near the galleria and we headed to the river. A few steps later, we found ourselves in the charming little restaurant just a block from the river. In addition to the tripadvisor recommendation, another sign of a very frequented place was the telephone number on the window just under the word reservations (in French, not so different from English). the third sign that we were going to feast was the number of tables available for a Saturday lunch: one. we were lucky guests who had this last table, and we saw two badly-repressed couples (although one of them made a reservation for the next night, the night of Valentine's Day was complete, I saw the book. So with great expectations and very little French, we were ready to leave. My husband chose the plate of the day. (day trip), believing that this is what the leader does best. Pretty soon our food has arrived. the pork with a cream sauce with mushrooms was tender and tasty and did not need a knife to separate the bites. our two potatoes were crispy and hot and mellow, ioow, perfectly cooked. and my duck. tender to the fork and covered with the most amazing barbecue sauce on the tarragon. The duck was neither too dry nor too fat (where does this myth come from?) the frank). the burgundy suggested by our host perfectly agreed with our two meals. I want to keep using the perfect word, but I'm afraid nobody's gonna believe me. It was really an incredible and memorable meal. For dessert, I asked for our host's favorite. She immediately turned to the kitchen and cut me a piece of apple pie that is one of the best apple dishes I've ever eaten (see photo). another guest helped translate a little, and our host also suggested the rhubarb pie. Wow. I haven't eaten rhubarb for years. So, my husband and I shared the two bites. fashionable vanilla ice was competing with the best ice in Italian. And whipped. All right, the whipped cream came from a box, but it certainly wasn't Redi-Whip. They had this small cartridge of gas attached. Just legitimizing enough for me. Even when we received the invoice, we were surprised by the value of money. I ate in incredible places around the world, and this meal is one of the most memorable. I'll be back, even if it takes 90 minutes to get here. There's something to see to go back, and I'll call in advance to make sure you don't miss trying anything else on the menu because all the tables are full."

My wife and I spent an excellent stay here. the owner was very friendly and tolerant to our poor French. food was delicious and easily one of the best of our trip. Very happy to have found him.

What a nice surprise. Located in an impasse, so not on a strip of restaurants. It does not look as good from the outside, as it actually is. One thing, dont go for the wine (we tried two white ones, awefull). Beers were great though! They really now how to grill their meat. Yummi!! Staff is superfriendly.

I ate here and loved it. the restaurant is small, about 6 tables inside. the chicken blue cord with rice and vegetables was excellent. Beef pins were very good as well as duck. the culminating point was a dessert that was a white chocolate mouse cake covered with vanilla sauce. I strongly recommend this place, 4 people, 4 entries, two bottles of wine and two desserts to 120 euros.

we trusted the recommendations of trip advisor on this subject and we were not disappointed. the server/owner was extremely friendly. we explained in our very limited French that I was vegetarian, and they were very arrangent. My husband and my son were delighted with their grilled chicken and we all loved our potatoes. dessert was delicious too. The boys ordered chocolate carts, some kind of chocolate bread pudding. I had a delicious sorbet. We all ate until the last bite!

A restaurant located in town, you can eat outside or inside. A very warm welcome, the boss and waitress are very pleasant. A friendly restaurant, we can chat with people next door. A very good atmosphere. A very good meal, tender meat cooked at the top, thanks to Patrice the cook, the Charlotte chocolate homemade! Very good value quality price .
