Finally a good address in this enduring neighborhood. neat but without excess. It is felt that the cook must spend hours preparing the least ingredient and still as much to prepare them, assemble the plates. Eyes, nose, palace. everything has fun with what is proposed, bravo for such a requirement at a not delusional price. The place is worth coming and coming back!

we have eaten in the restaurant colbert for two nights. already the amuse-like "variations of the red beetroot" - red beetroot ice, yellow red beetrothed ice and a red beetroth cream were a dense! eis seems to be a core competency of the cook: one of the other passages was an excellent goat cheese ice cream. reservation by email wonderfully worked, service excellent - in our case even perfect in German speaking, when I had accidentally forgotten my smartphone I was contacted immediately by email - great service. very recommended!
