"The staff were excellent, efficient and polite. Me being me had an awkward order mixing up the menu choices and the Manager came to our table and then ensured my request was carried through which it was. So I was impressed by the personal touch from the management. The food and service were great. I would have had another fried chicken if I had room for it. Definitely the best-fried chicken I had ever had.. everyone else in my party commented on the food is excellent."

absolutely terrible waiters are terribly trained, restaurant manager is out of smoking all the time, we stayed for 1 hour and still not even served. the best restaurant experience in london by far.

Martha’s is a funky and lively place. Great food and great drinks. Service was really great once we were seated. Getting a drink at the bar was a bit of a pain as it was so busy. We will definitely come back

The WORST dining experience I have ever had. 2 drinks in 2 hours, we were told our food and wine were out of stock.. an HOUR after we had ordered it! Asked to speak to a manager and unfortunately got the owner, who was extremely rude and did not care at all about our experience. Don’t go!

it should have been a beautiful evening, the place is stunning, but during the service at the bar was great, the table service was not fun! also I was incredibly disappointed that a new menu was rolled out in this night, considering that I need to prepare what I will eat bad pre-planning through the restaurant? sad to say that I was very disappointed after so high hopes.
