"Booked a table for 5, got there for 4:45. Sat down early. Ordered food at 10 last 5. Food didn’t come out till 5 to 6. A couple came in after us and received a starter each and a main meal each before we even received our main meal (no starters ordered) no one even came up to our table to apologise on the waiting time for the food. My 3 year old started getting very agitated. My meal came and had no chicken strips in the pasta which I asked for, too much chilli was put into the meatball pasta dish, had to ask twice for the bill. Service was shocking Didn’t receive the complete order with missing ingredients I just think there was no senior member of staff in so that then caused these issues."

Nice that tables have ample space between them so there is a good atmosphere and staff very attentive without being overbearing. Food delicious, and cocktail too.

I was looking for a venue for a birthday party on a Monday evening and found some restaurants closed this day so it was great to find con amici open. there was a beautiful ambiente. we had good service from the staff and eating was delicious.

"Just had the most amazing meal at the Nant Y Felin! Beef was cooked to perfection and the portion sizes of my main and pudding were plenty. The meal was so tasty and homecooked. Staff were so polite and the recommended Gin for me when i couldn't decide was lovely! Will certainly return! The sooner the better! Thank you. "Fab place to go and enjoy a few drinks with friends and family or even alone. Lovely country setting with lots to offer. Great food and drinks. They are dog and horse FRIENDLY too. Huge bonus for some. Tom and Annie are very welcoming and its lovely that they take time out to acknowledge their customers on each visit. Having been recently I can say that they are doing the very best that they can within the governments guidelines. There are lots of seating areas with clear instructions marked on each table for customers to be able to place your order. Very straight forward. Well done to all at the Llindir! Hopefully soon we can all get back to some normality. It’s been a tough year for us all. Best wishes."

"I went to this restaurant for the first time on Saturday, December 30th, 2023. It was busy with a great atmosphere. We began with Ciabatta Mozzarella and Curried Parsnip soup. For our main course, we had Troffiette Alla Carbonara and Tortiette Arrabiata, along with a pint of Brixton IPA and a bottle of cider. Everything was delicious! Unfortunately, we were too full for dessert this time, but we will definitely be back in 2024. Thank you! Service: 5 Location: 5"

"We decided to visit Denbigh during the lockdown restrictions, we didn't expect to find many places open but the Glass Onion was. It was good to see that all protocols where adhered to, spacing of tables, number of customers, good hand sanitization station etc. ...to the point the service was good and the food was unexpectedly very good. I think the owners name is Sue, I was recommending the restaurant to a friend who told me that he had been there many times before and it was always good. Well done Sue and good luck for the future."

"I visited this cafe due to being early for a meeting and I fancied a coffee. I walked in and sat down, after a good 10 minutes of being ignored I was asked what do you want from a member of staff with no smile, no friendly tone to her voice. My coffee came, I wasn 't offered any sugar, milk etc. When I had finished my coffee I took the cup up to the till to save them collecting it from the table, again I was ignored by the till for a good 5 minutes, I paid the bill, there was no thank you or smile. As a paying costumer I don 't expect rudeness from any of the staff and I was quite disgusted to be honest, maybe a customer care course would be beneficial for the staff at this cafe, it costs nothing to be nice and have manners. I will not be returning and I would advise against going to this cafe."
