"of us turned up at on the eve of the World Cup without booking. Daniel, the waiter, was wonderful and could not do enough for us all. We had the antipasti which was wonderful and then pasta and pizza's. I had seafood tagliatelle...which was fabulous. Daniel then bought us cake which was divine. We were in Chemnitz for the Moto GP race at Sachensring and stayed in the Residence Hotel near to the square where Cortina is near. A great experience made special by the service from Daniel and the wonderful chef. The only thing they didn't have was anchovies!!"

in the middle of the city center is the italian ice and pizzeria restaurant. good location, good service, original home made icecream and pizza. the pasta i don´t know i didn´t tried it.. but place for italian food in Chemnitz

Very close to Roter Turm shopping mall. There is a very tentative desserts show fridge right behind the restaurant door. Tiramisu was tasty and taste liked those traditional ones I tried in Italy.... it worth tasting indeed The take away service was very efficient and...friendly

Cortina is a bit stanger name for a pizzeria, anyway the place is small but nice. I ate pizza prosciutto Parma, it was well done and the ingrediants were tasty. If you have a need to get something sweet, this is your place. The ice cream portions are enormous! And the variety, it is over the top. The pizzas are basic, pastas good and it is a very popular place for families to have dinner...or coffeeice cream. Prices are moderate in both food and drinks, and the service is friendly, even though teh language proficiency is not perfect

The interior seemed a bit sterile in the photos, but in reality it is cozy, if a bit clean.
