"The Costa Smeralda has been my regular feel-good oasis for years when it comes to inviting a delicious meal to Sunday afternoon. Reservation is absolutely necessary as it is always well visited. Adalberto the owner welcomes his guests with a handshake and serves them together with his wife with an Italian ease and sometimes with musical singing. The interior of the old farmhouse impresses with the wall paintings, the white tablecloths with fabric napkins and always with fresh flowers on the table. For a few months on the first floor there has been a lounge for private parties with a sinfully equipped wine bar. With a bang-red Berkel cutting machine, Adalberto cuts hauchzarten ham that breaks on the tongue like a dream. As soon as the weather permits, the generously covered outdoor area is opened. (see photos) I look forward to it. I had this wonderful Serranoschinken with a few black olives on 18.3.23 as an appetizer. There are always two small pizza rolls with a herbal cream. For years I have been getting a new wine recommendation that remains on the table with a bottle, a wonderful gesture that I have rarely experienced. The fresh Tagliatelles with planned truffles were delicious and a cream Brulee rounded off the small menu."

Unser Abend im Restaurant Costa Smeralda in Rinderode war wundervoll und hat keinen Wunsch offen gelassen. Die gemütliche und freundliche Atmosphäre hat uns direkt am Anfang beim Reingehen die Sprache verschlagen. Im Laufe des Abends wurden uns köstliche Speisen serviert, welche wir mit einem hervorragendem Wein genießen durften. Uns wurde relativ schnell klar, dass wir nicht lange damit warten werden, solche Abende hier zu wiederholen.
