Creams Cafe Brighton

I was surprised how empty the cafe was on a sunny Sunday afternoon but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The ice cream was delicious.

They charged £6.95 for two ice creams. One with about 12 sprinkles on it. The later cost 95p. Tiny portions. No air conditioning working. Avoid.

Coming in we were welcomed by the heat. Not welcomed by any of the staff. Sat down and tried to have a conversation. Which was impossible because the music was blaring out of the speakers. So loud it was impossible to understand each other. We just left. What a joke!! Visualizza piatti

We just went here for my son’s birthday with a group of his friends. The staff were amazing. Made a real fuss of him bringing him cake, catered for all needs including nut allergies. Has a real American dinner/ice cream parlour feel. Definitely will be coming back. Thanks team Creams Cafe

Popped in for an ice cream, they have a decent choice of different flavours ice cream. A scoop is £2.50 which is very steep and an extra 50p if you want it in a cone !! The scoops are ok size but still v expensive. The service was good though, cannot fault this. The toilet is grim, no soap!!

Ordered online, food was 45 minutes late with the ice cream almost completely melted. They sent the wrong smoothies and there was a long brown hair in the cookie dough (different hair colour to my own). I've been going here for the past year but the standards have definitely slipped. Portions are now tiny and not even very tasty anymore. Won't be ordering again and I recommend you shouldn't either. Visualizza piatti

I recently went on a lovely seaside trip to brighton. I went to creams and ordered what looked like a wonderful meal. I was served within 5 minutes yet that is not the point. Happily I strolled out waiting to eat my waffle on the beach. However I got the beach after walking for 20 minutes to find no knife and fork in my takeaway box. Desperate for the food I ate with my bare hands like a rapid dog and was stared at menacingly by locals. I felt awfully ashamed and that is why I had to write a review. They should take more care in ensuring the food is actually consumable. It was cold aswell. Hope this helps Angie

Right so honestly I don’t know how this place has a 5 on hygiene- Went here with my mum just for fun since it was one of the only places open on a sunday evening. Seemed normal enough as we were ordering, except for some of the deserts being a little weird sounding. Ordered a plant-based desert (cookie dough base, chocolate sorbet and strawberry sauce). The pictures on the menu seemed to look like quite a lot, accompanied by quite high calories so what I was expecting was something quite large, but when they brought the food it was basically just 3 small cookies DRENCHED in sauce and the sorbet was in a small container on the side. I went with my son for two hot chocolates. The lady’s working was friendly and told us to take a seat and they will bring them to our table. I needed to use the toilet so while my son waited for the drinks I went to the toilet. There was two but I was only given the code for one of them. Just as I got there a man walked out and straight past me. He had done a number 2 in the toilet and it smelt pretty bad so I asked for the code for the other toilet to be told the other one was broken. I was desperate to pee so I held my breath and was as quick as I could be. I came out and went to look for a table with my son. We walked up a few steps where there was a row of tables and seats.
