"Attracted by the new vegan proposals (but not only), we decided to have dinner here. The place is small, but very nice, near the Milvio bridge. It doesn't offer an all-you-can-eat formula, and the menu is less extensive than the classic sushi places, but quality is certainly prioritized over quantity. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a small welcome (roll with tuna, avocado and truffle). We tried the three vegan rolls, some fish rolls and the udon rolls. Vegan rolls are very tasty, especially the smoked tofu ones. Among the fish rolls, we took the spicy salmon (I wasn't crazy about it, I think we should add some vegetables) and the tropical vibe roll, which I highly recommend. The fish is very good and the rice is delicate and light (not the classic sticky and indigestible rice of some all you can eat). Possible to choose Japanese beers and teas. Average prices. Very kind and always available staff."
