I don't know if those who have been trying to look at the open kitchen, most private kitchens are bigger. it has something to do with feasibility and nothing else. if they would otherwise have to wait two hours outside for their filet, they would be one of the first ones to complain about the long waiting period. good made meat needs its time! if the extra evening card would be offered inside and outside, at about 70 places then this is simply not satisfactory with the kitchen size anymore. I am also wondering how they come to title the galloway burger as a speciality of the house. as I said, I know the load almost from the beginning and I have never read that the burger is titled. he is a part of the card, no more and no less. did they ask for the kitchen staff? the entire team is competent and always likes to talk and answer them. this is also part of the very successful concept of reblaus wine"

"we tried this evening the first time the butcherei auf keitum, I have been in a mood since rd. 35 years on the island and was never there. the menu promised homemade burgers and accordingly we ordered two.The result unfortunately did not look after it. the first two burgers were still raw inside, which is why we read them. kindly and without expecting this we received two new burgers. However, the very firm consistency did not read on homemade, but rather close deep frozen, which is why I also think only about 2/3 ass. on demand of the service I then expressed my critique friendly but with full conviction that these burgers are not fresh but frozen. as a metzgersohn, I know too well in this metier and have already seen many good and bad games. the service wanted to address this in the kitchen. We were offered as compensation an espresso or digestif, but the question "homemade or frozen" was kept dead, for us commented enough that we were right about our judgment. so if the burgers are not served, what is on the menu, how is it about us beef or australian beef?. at least we are seriously disappointed by the butchery and will no longer go."

"The coffee garden is located in a beautiful,old clinker stone house, but the interior design is bright and amazingly modern, which is surely also due to the large glass fronts, an exciting contrast. "After a pleasant visit several years ago, went back with a party of 10. Boy, what a disappointment. Nice ambiance, with kids welcome.But: Service was way below our expectations ("if you don't need the chair, you can bring it outside"), and that was only the start.Despite prices roughly in line with what one expect on this island, the food appeared to us as cheap and prepared in a rush. Pork tenderloin was raw inside, 'sauce' seemed to be melted budget gorgonzola without any other ingredients, and so on. Nice selection of wines, although not the cheapest (Ca' dei frati Lugana 2014 was >40€). We will not be back."

"this conclusion refers to a total of 3 visits, so the chance for improvement was quite there. Before I must say that the quality of the food is very good, the creativity in the preparation is exceptional and the concept I find appealing. Unfortunately, this is not reflected in the service, long waiting times until someone feels called to take care of the gast at all, different statements of the service forces and a certain arrogance that is inappropriate in this concept. a last word at the price-performance ratio, even for sylter conditions, I find it a little exaggerated, even if one incorporates the high quality of the products. unfortunately, despite the positive aspekte, I didn't feel comfortable."
