"We stumbled upon here by chance after reading reviews. Luckily Teresa attended us, very friendly. He gave us very good recommendations. Of everything we ate, which was all great, I recommend the artichokes with truffle sauce, the avocado and foie gras energy bar and the cuttlefish croquette . "This restaurant is a real gem. It bills itself as a wine bar, but I think most people would view it as a tapas restaurant. It is a local eatery, not posh or fancy, but the owner (Pepe) sources the best ingredients from across Spain and uses them to design his own tapas, which are outstanding. His passion for good food is clear and as he serves each dish, he explains not just what it is but also where the ingredients come from and why they are the best Spain has to offer. There is also a very good wine list showcasing the locak Jumilla wines. We have been several times and rather than choose from the menu oouselves, we always ask the owner to just bring us his choice of food a mix of hot and cold and he brings dish after dish until we ask him to stop. Our average spend is around 25 30€, which is superb value. I highly recommend Los Tres Soles."

"I have eaten here several times with complete satisfaction. Since a long time. Before its reform I was already going to eat, on the different occasions that, in my profession as a representative, I have visited Jumilla. Unfortunately yesterday, the experience was not good. The second they served me, chicken breast with potatoes and some vegetables, I couldn't finish it because of the unpleasant taste of the meat. I did not want to complain but I missed that the waiter asked me if I had not liked it, seeing that most of the reaction served, I had not consumed it. Notwithstanding what has been said, to say that I intend to return and I trust that what happened yesterday will become an anecdote. "It's worth stopping at this restaurant if you go by jumilla. from the beginning, an exceptional deal. and it is observed that those who captain are javier and remote, the owners' children, worried at all times for the pleasure and that everything is in the drip of the client. We started with toast with a very good foie. some chisels and a spectacular fried goat cheese. from a strong dish a dry rice with high level bogavante. We finished with coffee and a few thousand leaves made at home, with good chocolate and ice cream. everything very well executed. We would like to thank the deal that my wife and I were given yesterday, and to know that this wonderful place is on our list of restaurants. a great success."
