The staff seem to be in a rush to take your order and are not always readily available. The music playing is popular tracks without vocals. Its not chocolate toothpaste! Some sort of chocolate mousse in a pastry case. Don't try and fool true Bedfordians with that rubbish! I won't order again.

I had the one who was the best today! my sister had the ferrero rocha waffeln. beautiful desserts everything I can say is perhaps a choice of 2 or 4 waffeln as we found 4 waffeln was much too much and a children's menu.

Don’t bother ordering from this place for delivery the female manger is rude their drivers don’t know how to follow directions and deliver food to wrong address. Will never be ordering from this place again. Train your staff to learn to follow a sat nav and confirm addresses before delivering.

I only went in for a milkshake and it was delicious. The staff, however, just clearly don 't want to be there. But I found this hilarious and frankly part of the charm, will be going back for more milkshakes as it 's local but I probably wouldn 't sit in there and 'enjoy a dessert ' for example. APPALLING! I’d rate this 0 if I could, got my food thrown at me from a young lad with a ponytail (thinks his gods gift by the looks of things)! Food is undercooked and the staff hide in the kitchen, had more atmosphere in a launderette than a this place. Horrible interior and dirty toilet. Stick too treat street and creams.

We ordered desserts at the restaurant and requested chocolate ice cream. Unfortunately, we never received it, despite also asking for bubblegum sauce and sprinkles which we didn't receive either. We paid extra for these items, and to make matters worse, the food we received was cold. Overall, I am very disappointed with the experience.
