Dicky's - Piatti

This has become my favourite restaurant. Food beautifully cooked, service and timings on top form and the price is great. Decor and atmosphere is fabulous and I would highly recommend.

Have been wanting to try Dickies for a while but then Covid happened. Finally got there and ‘Wow’ the food and service were amazing, no complaints at all, can’t wait to dine there again. *Highly recommended*

Nice food and ambience in this gastropub/ restaurant. The nut roast was good value with fantastic roast potatoes although I'm told there was virtually no duck in the cassoulet. Our server was really lovely. Recommended for tasty food at reasonable prices. Visualizza piatti

this is a very popular restaurant, it was full and very loud. we tried the set 3-course dinner and really enjoyed it apart from the brot that came with the suppe, it was very obviously dry and go stale. the staff was beautiful and looked around. we thought it was a good value for money.

Are here again last weekend. The place was buzzing, friendly and the decor tasteful. The staff were helpful and attentive. I have to eat gluten free and they provided a separate menu with quite a few choices. Everyone’s food was delicious and good value. The pictures show my lamb noisette and Aldi a gf/vegan cheesecake. Quite a treat. Will eat here again.

Absolutely wonderful! My favourite place to eat out in southbourne. I have been in multiple times and absolutely love all of the staff members! they are all so welcoming and accommodating. The food… is… AMAZING!! I recommend the mussels to anyone going! Super yummy. Last time I went Jade made incredible cocktails for our table. I was here last weekend and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was vibrant, the staff was friendly, and the decor was tasteful. The service was attentive and helpful. As someone who needs to eat gluten-free, I appreciated that they offered a separate menu, though the options were limited. Everything I ordered was delicious. The pictures show my lamb dish and a gluten-free vegan cheesecake from Aldi, both of which were a delight. I will definitely eat here again!

We had a fantastic evening at the restaurant! The fact that it was lively on a Monday night was a promising sign, and the upscale decor contributed to a wonderful atmosphere. The service was friendly, fun, and incredibly attentive. There was a wide selection of new yet affordable drinks, and the portion sizes were generous. The menu options were both delicious and reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend it. Even more impressively, it continues to be excellent!

Dinner Dickys bar brasserie Southbourne, Bournemouth What a find this was. We were going somewhere else but was recommended here. It's everything we love. Great venue and ambiance with the most delicious top quality food. We were spoilt for choice. For starters we had the Crispy Squid which was do fresh and tender. And for something different, Black pudding Blue cheese Scotch Egg. Mains chosen were the fillet of Red Snapper with a very tasty curry sauce. Then the star of the show Biefstuk. Dutch beef steak with chilli gravy served with fries and bread for mopping. The Beef was so tender and delicious. We've never had anything like this before and is an absolute must try.
