Incredible innovative food the staff were so friendly and accommodating of us (we had two small children in our group) !

Bellissimo ristorante con una vista fantastica. Consiglio di venire un po' prima in modo da poter ottenere i migliori tavoli con le migliori viste.

Esperienza incredibile. Abbiamo trascorso effettivamente 3 notti (dal 6) a Ostuni mangiando in questo posto. Tutti al tavolo hanno detto che è stata una delle migliori esperienze culinarie degli ultimi anni! Torneremo al Dish se avremo l'opportunità.

Ristorante carino, cibo buono e servizio ottimo. L'unica delusione è stata il prezzo pagato per una pasta per bambini, che era più costosa di qualsiasi piatto principale degli adulti più elaborati, ma non era presente nel menu quindi forse è per questo?

Questo ristorante è stato ECCELLENTE sotto ogni aspetto!! Il proprietario non era eccessivamente occupato, quindi si è preso cura di noi personalmente, ci ha persino permesso di creare le nostre bevande dopo cena! Abbiamo prenotato un'altra cena per questa settimana. Visualizza piatti

The food quality and restaurant itself was great along with an amazing view. But the meal itself was really disappointing. We felt the flavours didn’t all go together and they were trying too many things on the plate. The staff were lovely though so maybe we just had it on a bad night

Everything was perfect at Dish: service was excellent but unobtrusive; the food was delicious and beautifully presented; and the terrace offered panoramic views of the old town. Dish was the best dining experience we've had in our three weeks in Italy although we've had other good dining experiences.

The culinary highlight of our visit to Puglia! The restaurant, ambiance, service, views and most importantly food were incredible! The service was discrete yet attentive, the complimentary welcome Gazpacho and sparkling wine set the tone for the most wonderful evening! The food was amazing, unique flavour combinations and ultra fresh produce. I loved the raw prawn dish with a botanical crumb and my partner really enjoyed his tender beef cheek ravioli. We tried to book our family in but it was fully booked for the week. Easily Michelin star level cuisine. Please book, Dish is too good to miss! Visualizza piatti
