"We have enjoyed breakfast at this restaurant many times and it has always been excellent. This time, we decided to have dinner here. After a long day of being busy and traveling, we were tired. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who exceeded my expectations in resolving a problem. My wife ordered fish and chips, which she found delicious. Our daughter, who is a picky eater, requested some changes to her meal, which were accommodated. The staff also showed concern about potential allergies, but we assured them it was just her pickiness. Unfortunately, my pizza was severely overcooked with sparse toppings and burnt cheese. When I brought this to their attention, it was quickly replaced without any fuss. Even though I was offered a different dish, I really just wanted pizza. When it came time to pay the bill, the pizza was not on there, but neither were my beverages."

Lovely! Staff are so friendly and it's a relaxing atmosphere with lots of nice food and drinks. Would definitely return if I was to visit the area again.

The service was painfully slow for a restaurant that was not busy, they even brought us some crisps to keep us going! The steak was OK but £3.99 for a glass of tap water, really!

a cup tee at the docklands bar grill is served with divine, melt-in-your-mouth biscuits. rich dark chocolate and a golden vanilla. gruesome outside and cheerful. I wish I could get the recipes: the breakfast buffet is nice. my favorite: the dry fried black pudding. all staff were friendly and helpful. we remember the violent samantha.

I recommend this hotel, located near the Excel exhibition centre in east London. The bar service was excellent, me and my friends had a few rounds of cocktails made by the Italian bartender, Cristiano, he served us with kindness and professionalism. Prices are reasonable compared to the ones of central London, the place is pretty and not so crowded. Definitely we’ll come back for a drink!
