"I spent a week in soltau with my family. on the look for a cozy dining place we found in the soltauer hagen this nice Italian. the weather was good, we sat in very nice ambiente in the soltauer hagen. while the children were happy with a huge pizza with very thin floor (lecker, absolutely jumbo order!), the sense of vitello tonnato and a tasty noodle dish stood me. the chef asked if he "can make something delicious" and I let myself in on it.
