This charming tea room is absolutely delightful. I enjoyed a tasty bowl of lentil soup with bread and butter. I highly recommend this place. The service was excellent. I dined in for lunch and the price per person was very reasonable, between £1 and £10. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5.

I recently visited this charming restaurant located right on Loch Ness, and it was truly a delightful experience. The serene surroundings make it the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of cake. I've also had lunch here a few times and each time was fantastic. The service is always top-notch and the sight of the highland coos adds to the overall charm of the place. The food is of high quality and the service is exceptional. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

The woman at the counter appeared to be experiencing a difficult time in her life. I mean this in the kindest way possible, but I was taken aback by how hostile and aggressive she was for seemingly no reason. She was curt and abrupt with my colleague, who I have known for nearly 20 years. We both have experience in customer service and know how to handle difficult situations, but her behavior was so brusque that I considered leaving in frustration.
